Welcome Home

A great crowd of friends and co-workers were waiting today when we got to my parents house. Mom and Dad are so glad to be home. Please continue to be praying for them as they'll be traveling to St. Louis the first of the week for a doctor's appointment. A special thank you to their Southridge family and my dad's co-workers from MODOT for coming to welcome them home.

Here's a quick message from my parents:

"Larry and I do not have the words to express fully our thanks to all who have helped during this "adventure" in our lives.  We are overwhelmed by God's love and tender care demonstrated by our community of friends and family.  We want to give God the glory by thanking each of you for playing your part in helping us.  Prayers, cards, chores, pet-sitting, phone calls, and the many other acts of kindness will never be forgotten.  We are so blessed with the wonderful friends and family that we've been given. We love you all!"
